The Mantua-based brand has announced its partnership with the Italian Red Cross for the Giro d'Italia del Volontariato 2021.
The Italian Red Cross has made official the 2021 stages of Giro V, the Giro d'Italia del Volontariato (Tour of Italy for Volunteers), which will start from Turin, specifically Alba, on June 22 and end on June 26, on the Red Cross celebration day in Solferino, the Italian headquarters of the international organization. The project has several aims, first and foremost to enhance the areas hit by natural disasters, to remember the commitment of all the volunteers who came to the rescue and the rescuers who died to save human lives.
A few numbers about the tour: 5 stages, 700 km in total, 3,276 meters of altitude gain across 8 Italian regions, 27 committees involved.
Nalini has enthusiastically joined the project, creating the Giro V uniforms for the 7 cyclists who will participate, bearing the 7 principles of the Italian Red Cross on their shirts: Humanity, Impartiality, Neutrality, Independence, Voluntary work, Unity and Universality.
