Nalini congratulates DSM Team for the success of Andreas Leknessund, the Norwegian rider who today, 9 May 2023, conquered the pink jersey in the 4th stage of the 106th Giro d'Italia.
A couple of days before the start of the Giro, we had interviewed Andreas to deepen his knowledge also in relation to our brand.
-How do you feel with the Nalini kit? The fitting is very comfortable. I feel good and I notice that there are many differences compared to other brands, especially wearing the mid-season shirt, it doesn't make you sweat and at the same time it protects. Excellent evaluation.
-What is your routine during the season? I try to have a regular routine. I never do anything to upset it. Relax in the morning, a bit of fun in the evening, but during the day bike training (25/30 hours a week) and gym (3 sessions a week). I also run a few km to change training. Maximum 5/6 km in about half an hour.
-What do you like most about our Country? I lived in Varese for a year and a half with the Australian National Team knowing Italy since I was 23. It's wonderful to train pedaling on the shores of Lake Maggiore and its surroundings, but it's a pity for car drivers who are a bit careless. I obviously adore food, from salty to sweet and your lifestyle in general.
-What is the first memory you have about Nalini? I remember Nalini branded garments worn by some cyclists during the Paris Roubaix 2015. I didn't know anything about Nalini yet but I remember that many riders in the first positions dressed the Nalini jersey. Wonderful!
